Preparation 

Eaten in yogurt.
Yogurt can bring down the bitterness of the powder plus it makes it easier to swallow, vanilla or chocolate yogurts may add a bit additional appeal.

Smoothies are an excellent way to combine both a quantity of acidity and reduce bitterness/ numbness at the same time. Sweet fruits can be added for extra nutrition. Goes well with milk or ice-cream.

With Juices

Powder mixed with tour favorite juice, in a blender 5 to 10 gram with 16 ounces of liquid will provide the energy you need.

Brewing as Tea: 1/4 teaspoon with 8 – 10 oz of hot water, brew for 10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL
